Need to install a lift !
Pros:

Nice staff. Well located on the edge of Reims. Close to a selection of restaurants.

Cons:

No lift in the hotel. Not good at all when one has certain mobility issues.

Comfortable and convenient overnight stop. Will use again in future.
Pros:

Easy access to & from autoroute and around 2 hours from Le Shuttle so very convenient as an overnight stop on the way home. Had a swim in the pool (not heated so refreshing!) after driving all day. Very comfy beds, quiet room.

Neutre et sans surprises , de l'esprit Novotel quoi .
Pros:

Le grand Parking , l'accès voiture , la propreté.. du Novotel classique bien rénové .
Le restaurant est correct .!

Cons:

Des chambres très éloignées de la réception, pas de service bagages, pas facile si vous êtes chargé.!

A good place to stay, though preferably when it is less busy.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were pleasant and efficient in spite of the crowds. The room and faciities were modern and clean. The location was convenient for travelling down the motorway, though a bit busy.

Cons:

The "Family Room" for 3 was only a normal room for 2 with a double sofa bed. As a result, it was very cramped when the sofa was unfolded.
The hotel was completely full, which meant that it felt quite crowded.
