Pros:

Proximity. to tram. Good value for the location. Room was clean.

Room was small with almost no space between desk and bed.

Décevant et voleur
Pros:

L accueil en revanche la chambre au niveau rdc cote droit avec le linge sale et la laverie (seule chambre dans ce couloir manifestement réservé aux personnels n etait que pour faire du profit ) et le départ avec un vol de caution fut beaucoup moins appréciable.

Cons:

L odeur d urine et d égout dans la chambre. Le bruit des 6 heures du matin des sacs de linges de laverie ou que sais je dans ce couloir ou un cagibi est loué en guise de chambre.
Le reste sont des salles d entreposage de linge, il y a des rats et des pigeons a foisons.

Excellent service throughout and brilliant location. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Its proximity to the tram station and having a fully equipped kitchen in the room was a big bonus.

Cons:

Just be aware that there’s a bar next to the hotel and it could be noisy when patrons are leaving!
