C’était bien mais j’ai été déçu à la sortie
Cons:

Le manque de communication et de professionnalisme entre le personnel remplaçant. Ce qui s’est traduit bien entendu par la défalcation du prix de la chambre sur ma pré autorisation alors que j’avais déjà tout payé via booking.com.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and dinner service had already finished. The ladies at reception were very accommodating and made us and brought this to our room. Great customer service

Pros:

L'emplacement près du centre commercial, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel piscine et l'accueil avec coin enfant / baby foot, tv très bien

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain mais pour le reste tout était très bien.
Chambre accès spa mais pas de spa 🤷

Je recommanderai cet hôtel à mes amis, c'est juste parfait, le personnel est génial, la nourriture ( même si ce n'est que le petit déjeuner) est utilisée avec des produits frais . L'emplacement est très bien
