Pros:

Close to station and shopping

Cons:

I stay in this particular branch of Holiday Inn for over a year and during this period their heating and cooling system are not working and in each room I get noisy fan for cooling and unsafe heating box. Moreover the quality of breakfast also seems dropped.

Bis auf Frühstück und die Klimaanlagen hat alles gepasst

Lage war super, in 3 Minuten war man beim Bahnhof

Cons:

Dass die Klimaanlage genau im Sommer umgebaut werden musste und das Reinigungspersonal leider die Fenster am Vormittag bei der Reinigung aufgemacht hat, sodass die ganze Wärme von draußen reingekommen ist. Und leider konnte man die Fenster nur ein Stück kippen, so war ein Lüften am Abend gar nicht möglich.
Es gab kein Gemüse & Käse beim Frühstück. Evtl auch ein Aufstrich hat gefehlt

Pros:

Their breakfast was tops, the best offering from them!

Great location with easy access to train station, taxi and share rides(Uber). It's safe and clean, I went out for my usual morning jog couple of times before we left town, it's surrounded by health conscious community with lots of people out walking, running and biking.

Cons:

No A/C, rooms were super hot, the portable fans didn’t really help
The rooms are dated, notable cracks on the walls, bathrooms and worn furniture

Fantastic staff and great location for Wimbledon
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially for our trip to Wimbledon, with a direct bus connection to the venue. It was also very convenient to get to both the airport and the city centre. The hotel is close to the river, with lovely walking paths nearby.

The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean, but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their outstanding service truly impressed us and made us feel at home.

Breakfast was fairly basic, but there was enough variety to have a satisfying meal. The lobby bar/restaurant also offered a selection of food, which was convenient after a long day.

Cons:

Although we were informed in advance that the hotel does not have air conditioning and fans were provided, this was still challenging during the extreme heat wave.

For breakfast, it would be nice to have a greater selection of fresh vegetables rather than just grilled tomatoes. A slightly wider menu in the lobby bar/restaurant would also be a welcome improvement.
