Pros:

Personal waren alle Nett und freundlich
Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend ,gute auswahl.
Zimmer und das ganze Hotel war sauber ,sehr sauber.
Zimmer schöne Grösse ,wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG mit Terasse.

Preis/Leistung passt hier nicht zusammen.
Pros:

Die Verbindung zur Therme (Bademantelgang) war super und das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe, billigste Produkte und schlechter Service.
Abendessen hatten wir nicht, da einige Speisenangebote der Karte alle waren.
Wir waren Abends dann immer im Gasthof Rottaler Stuben, hier kann man sehr gut Essen.

The cleanliness, staff and food quality was amazing!

Cons:

The Gentleman at Breakfast was awful. I think you need to sent him on an urgent vacation. He behaved very grumpy and unprofessional, when I asked for an omelette he raised both hands in the air like I was asking for a 5-Course meal that he had to cook. Additionally his entire demeanor and overall presence felt very staged and you felt unwanted while having breakfast.
Air condition in the rooms would be a bonus to have as it was really hot during our stay.
