Pros:

Ubytování je u dálnice a benzínové pumpy, ale to nijak neruší, ani při otevřených oknech v noci. Okolo se pasou krávy a koně, za hotelem je les, kam se dá zajít na příjemnou procházku. Hotel je na dobrém místě pokud chcete vyjíždět různými směry na výlety. Snídaně jsou pestré. Určitě bych se vrátila, pokud pojedu zase někdy tímto směrem.

Cons:

Nic co bych mohla vytknout.

Theoretisch die gute Lage direkt an der Autobahn

Cons:

Die Erreichbarkeit, das Navi leitet schon eine Ausfahrt vor der Raststätte ab und dann alles abgesperrt, sodass in Luzern gedreht werden muss und man zurück Richtung Basel fahren muss bis zur Raststätte

Worse experience ever.
Pros:

Rude staff,no communication.No instructoons left for self check in.Messed up our bookimg and when called the number the lady on other end was very rude and just hung up on us.

Cons:

Liegt direkt an der Autobahn.Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Nettes, kleines Frühstücksbuffet.
Gemütliche, kleine Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt:
Leider keine Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Nicht sonderlich schlimm, wird bei hohen Temperaturen jedoch anstrengend.

Poor management practices and even worse customer care
Pros:

Hotel overbooked after a 12 hour journey to arrive at the hotel and to be told (no apology) that we have over booked and moved your booking to an ibis hotel 20 minutes away
Apparently they emailed us that afternoon at 3.15 pm )who can drive and check emails !!!)
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years travelling to Italy and also a IHG member
Poor management at the hotel and the reservation department I know airlines were bad at this practice of over booking but apparently IHG are to .
With today’s technology there is no excuse for these practices still to be in operation
