Safe place to stay and few yards away from the metro. DO Recommend staying here. Welcoming staff.
Pros:

Reception Staff was very generous. Had no-checkin/scammy host experience on the prior booking same day which got cancelled and had to immediately book Holiday Inn as it was nearby and safe. Felt a bit of ease chatting about that with reception and they instantly made us feel better. 10/10 reception staff lads. Overall great stay.

Pros:

The Car Park onsite was great and ok priced.
The Concierge was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the locality. He also served us drinks which were very good. In a way, I hope he was a Duty Manager as if not, he should be.
Rooms were as expected, fairly basic but clean. Price was ok too. We missed Breakfast as were meeting Family for Lunch.

Cons:

Bed was not great for two. Small and the Roll Together was ridiculous.

Arrived slightly early and the young man on reception arranged an early check in and sorted out our parking for us
Pros:

Great location, good, clear parking facilities.Easy check in with extremely helpful and informative staff who went over and beyond especially the check in / check out staff. Air conditioning was excellent.Very good breakfast and breakfast staff.

Great area, easy to get to by car, and half hour fast walk into Deansgate, or a short tram ride.
Pros:

Room was good, top floor and lovely view over the lake. Hadn't stayed in Salford before, normally do Deasgate. Will definitely stay again, as just a lovely half hour walk along canal into Deansgate. Getting a breakfast was also good, saved wandering around looking for a cafe.

Cons:

Nothing really, although when we arrived, the 1st member of staff we spoke to, had no idea how to get to the city centre, it was like he knew nothing about Manchester, The next member of staff then told us we couldn't walk along the canal, and that it would also take two and a half hours to walk into town!! Luckily we kinda knew that the canal was just down the road , and once you're on it, that's it. There are plenty landmarks, Hilton Deansgate etc. that help you understand that it isn't far at all. Was just thinking about foreign visitors that didn't know the area, getting wrong info from the reception staff.

Really clean room and nice staff, shame about the air con!
Pros:

The room was really clean and a decent size, shower and bathroom were immaculate. Front desk staff were really friendly and approachable. Free breakfast was handy!

Cons:

On our last night for some reason the air con would start pouring water straight onto the floor, sounded like someone running a tap. The carpet round one of the beds got soaked as a result and the sound kept us awake.
