Pros:

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great,lots of choices. Location great.

Cons:

Pool needed cleaning lots of hair and chlorine my eyes were burning just sitting in the pool area

Bed was comfortable. They had the yogurt I like for breakfast -- high-protein option.

Cons:

The tube/shower drain did not drain. Public spaces seemed run-down.

A warm place to sleep is about it
Pros:

Location, was on our way home back to Minnesota

Cons:

When we arrived at our room, my wife went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and they said I could change rooms. After 10 hours on the road I did not feel like packing up everything we just unpacked. She said I could come down and try a plunger. Trip to the desk at 11:30 at night. The plunger worked. I asked if I could get 11;30 pm (snowstorm) plumber wages. She laughed. I asked for the manager at check out the next day. She doesn't come in till 10 was the reply. And the front desk clerk was not very cordial. I asked for a phone call when she arrived. I got a voice mail the next day. As of today April 10th nothing has been done to compensate for the inconvenience.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

We had to lay an additional $25 dollar deposit when we arrived to the property that was not listed on our booking information.
