Pros:

Great location in Canmore. Room was spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub area were very nice and relaxing as well. Jacob was very courteous and professional at check-in. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our fantastic stay at Blackstone
Pros:

The view, the room, the balcony, housekeeping, and bring able to do laundry. A shout out to Jennifer at the front desk., she was very helpful.

Cons:

Pull out sofa not comfortable, the kitchen needed more cutlery and kitchenware. The deck flooring was in need of repair.

Comfortable, conveniently located, with kind, attentive staff
Pros:

The room was spacious and staff (especially Ingrid at the front desk) were above and beyond friendly and helpful. We loved having two bedrooms for us and our baby and a kitchen and deck plus a fireplace.

Cons:

Clearer communication about the option to pay for early check in would be nice. We assumed once we clicked yes we want early check in that it was secured but learned not so much when we arrived. Maybe it does say in the fine print but I do think it could be more obvious. However, the hotel worked super hard to accommodate us and get us in early (thanks again, Ingrid!)
