Favourite Hotel for Overnight Stays
Pros:

Olivia was the very friendly receptionist who booked us in.
She is a credit to the hotel.
Also lovely toiletries in bathroom.
Great breakfast with friendly helpful staff. Our go to hotel when we attend Theatre Royal and Tyne Theatre. Great value for money.

Cons:

Nothing everything was spot on.

Una ubicació molt bona (molt pròxima al centre històric), el desdejú molt bé, el personal molt amable i les instal·lacions molt netes. L'única cosa que no ens va agradar és que el llit supletori que vam demanar per a poder allotjar-nos tres persones a l'habitació era un sofà - llit gens còmode. La resta de coses - com ja he dit- molt bé!!
