Friendly staff at every stage. Lovely breakfast as always.

Cons:

One lift was broken and the other was busy with staff delivering new, and removing mattresses from rooms. So I had to use the stairs a couple of times.

Supper happy with my stay!
Pros:

The hotel is at superb location - few minutes walk from the lively city centre, historical part of Newcastle and the beautiful river walk. At the same time, the room was very quiet, providing a nice rest.
The room we've stayed was spotless, very tidy, equipped with everything you may need and the central air con system was super convenient with the individual adjustment option provided.
The staff of the hotel were very friendly, helpful and do even the impossible, to satisfy their guest requirements.
The hotel provides a breakfast, with good range of options, so fresh and delicious to make the start of your day great.
The price was very reasonable and we will stay there again in the future.

Cons:

There was not a car park that belongs to the hotel. We have used Grainger Town car park, that is next to the hotel.

Very friendly staff, great location and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Great location, very close to the station, very nice staff and very comfortable room. Breakfast included. We are on a cycling holiday and they very kindly took our bikes in for the night.
