Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und gute Ausstattung. Gleich daneben "The Dragonfly", ein gemütlicher Pub, an dem man abends auch gut essen kann.

The breakfast was more than excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities quiet, clean and comfortable

Cons:

I believe the shower curtain was a little short in the disabled access room causing water on the floor - no biggie !

Clean, good location, lovely staff, dog and child friendly, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Extremely clean, good location, very quiet despite being very close to M4. Staff were wonderful and very friendly, even provided toast free of charge for my two hungry children at 9pm. Lovely dog welcome pack. Nice walk for dogs immediately outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Sofa bed was so uncomfortable! Even for children.
