Traffic noise outside from main road
Owen and Richard were just amazing , Nothing was too much trouble and they are a credit to the venue. Nothing short of exceptional service. Both had great empathy with the guests and knew many on first name terms which is always nice , from a guest perspective. It shows they make the time to know people

My room overlooked the busy road and I sleep with my window open but its a small niggle , nothing major

Booked this for my parents they where highly delighted with it.
I was here for my wedding, and the guys on the bar/reception in the evening were so lovely. The team leader made me feel so welcome and excited for the wedding, I felt we got a very personal service. It was also really nice to be able to have the dog with us.
The hotel and my room was very clean
The breakfast was horrible.
It would have been better to have fried eggs instead of the tasteless and bland egg omelette.

Everything friendly staff and the rooms were kept spotless the breakfast in the mornings was a good selection off cooked and all your cereals fruits and toast.

The location and the electric car charge facility
The cost for a dog for one night at £30 was outrageous. Even though I had a canine he’s a hypoallergenic dog and doesn’t smell of dog, yet my room very much smelt of dog.
