This property does not admit children under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or duly accredited guardian, in accordance with Law No 30802. All children under the age of 18 must have ID or passport to be identified.

Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog.

Only two dogs per room will be admitted. During your stay, your pet can make use, on loan, of: dog bed, food plate and mat. Restrictions and queries to consult directly at the hotel.

According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Both documents must be submitted in order to qualify for the exemption from payment of sales tax. Otherwise, guests must pay the indicated tax.

This tax applies in the case of rooms shared by guests who must pay sales tax and guests exempt from the payment of sales tax.

Foreign business travelers requesting a printed invoice will also be charged 18% sales tax regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

The buffet breakfast is included for only 2 people.

Hermoso lugar con excelente atención!
Pros:

El ambiente es muy bonito. El personal es muy amable y servicial. En especial César, Armando, el cocinero y Katie.
La ubicación es buena, aunque requiere hacer una subida intensa. La habitación era cómoda. La relación precio/calidad fué adecuada.

Cons:

El colchón era un poco incómodo, pero en seguida que lo dijimos nos lo cambiaron.

La amabilidad del personal es A1. Estuvieron muy atentos a todos nuestros requerimientos de servicios y consultas. Tuve problemas con la señal y me instalaron wifi particular para mí habitación. Mis padres necesitaban otra calefacción y compraron una nueva. Y pidieron otra cosa en el desayuno y se la prepararon con amabilidad. Siempre estaban atentos a nuestra comodidad.

Cons:

Solo hay escaleras y no hay ascensor. Siendo una ciudad con altura, subir escaleras los primeros días cuesta un poco por el aire. Y no se puede llevar a una persona con discapacidad porque sería complicado que se movilice en el hotel a falta de ascensor y rampas.

Un lugar para descansar.
Pros:

El desayuno es sencillo pero tiene todo lo que necesitas. La ubicación es super buena, es muy cerca del centro y más de San Blas que es mi parte preferida de Cusco. Tiene al lado una farmacia y bodega lo cual es super bueno. Me gustó mucho que la persona de recepción se sabía mi nombre. Eso lo hizo sentir especial y nunca me había pasado antes. También me gustó mucho que un día llegamos solo dos minutos pasado la hora de desayuno y nos atendieron. Son detalles que significan mucho. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

La ducha tenía un tapón muy duro y a veces se acumulaba el agua. No fue tan malo pero es un detalle por mejorar.

Desde el día 1, el staff nos hizo sentir que estamos en casa y cómodos
