Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog.
Only two dogs per room will be admitted. During your stay, your pet can make use, on loan, of: dog bed, food plate and mat. Restrictions and queries to consult directly at the hotel.
According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.
Both documents must be submitted in order to qualify for the exemption from payment of sales tax. Otherwise, guests must pay the indicated tax.
This tax applies in the case of rooms shared by guests who must pay sales tax and guests exempt from the payment of sales tax.
Foreign business travelers requesting a printed invoice will also be charged 18% sales tax regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.
The buffet breakfast is included for only 2 people.
Group Policy: We will charge 50% of the rooms for reservations of 5 or more rooms at time of reservation.

Location, really helpful and friendly staff! Rooms are nice and warm during the colder months :)
Quite a steep slope to get to the location, might wanna take into consideration when travelling with younger children and older parents
La ubicación está cerca a la plaza, tiendas, cafés etc
Falta colocar en las habitaciones la clave, porque en recepción no te brindan al momento de llegar y tampoco cuando llamas te dan el paso a paso. Falta carteles para colocar fuera de las puertas y el personal.de limpieza sepa cuando limpiar y no esté preguntando cuando te ve salir. Mejorar el desayuno las frutas un poco verde, papaya, sandía, melón, piña etc. Más variedad.

El desayuno puede ampliarse. El calefactor no calentaba.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent visiter le centre de Cusco. Le déjeuner est correct et j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le patio à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

La ubicación es buena, aunque requiere hacer una subida intensa. La habitación era cómoda. La relación precio/calidad fué adecuada.
El colchón era un poco incómodo, pero en seguida que lo dijimos nos lo cambiaron.
