Ještě nikdy jsem nedal tak vysoké hodnocení, ale tento hotel si to opravdu zaslouží. Absolutně skvělý servis, personál je skutečně velmi profesionální a příjemný. Tak jak to má být. Wellness, lobby bar a vše ostatní nabídnou ten nejlepší zážitek. Rád se znovu vrátím.
Nic mě nenapadá. Snad jen, že na pokoji nebyly hned po mém příjezdu v krabičce papírové kapesníky. Pokud je ale taková hloupost skutečně jediným, co mi chybělo, tak dávám nejvyšší hodnocení.
Hotel Kempinski is extraordinary. It is beautiful, immaculately clean and well-staffed. The room was spacious and had a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Breakfast was wonderful! Hot and cold foods, servers to augment the buffet, and all was delicious. The spa is luxurious and clean. Dinner was what might be expected at a Michelin-starred place. All in all, one of the best hotels in the world.
There is nothing I didn't like.
The service, as well as staff and restaurant were really great. I felt welcomed and well informed about my options during the stay, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
The parking spots were not reserved for each guest, while there was plenty of space to park, it felt more like a public car park rather than a fancy hotel parking lot. No underground garages were available.

Super lokalita a přátelský personál
Absolútne dokonalé. Všetko. Bol som na 1noc v deň narodenín. Milé prekvapenie na izbe i pri večeri, wellness na Slovensku nemá konkurenciu. Ďakujem.

Tenhle pobyt byl naprostá paráda od A do Z. Nádherné, čisté pokoje. Personál opravdu špičkový. Skvělý wellness a servis. Opravdu bohaté snídaně. Ubytovat se zde, je zážitek. Naprostá spokojenost :)
The view from the room.
The attitude of the staff. They treat us like we are children that it is our first time to be hosted in a luxury hotel.
There is no ability to prepare your coffee by yourself in breakfast, and the coffee you get doesn’t fit your taste.
There are a lot of not necessary staff in the room, so you have to concentrate them, in order to use the desk, for example.
The door of the toilet doesn’t enable privacy.

Luxurious hotel with excellent service and attitude
I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room, it was really hot and the hotel responded that they had not yet switched to summer and their temperature control was like in winter. Outside temperatures were 30 degrees and above. The hotel's solution was to provide a fan and leave the windows open.
