The price does not include 10% service charge. According to Peruvian law, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to payment of 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at the time of Check-In at our Hotels.

Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kg or less for an additional charge of USD 49 per night per dog.

Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per stay. Your pet can make use, on loan, of: a dog bed, a food plate and a mat.

According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Both documents must be submitted in order to qualify for the exemption from payment of sales tax. Otherwise, guests must pay the indicated tax.

This tax applies in the case of rooms shared by guests who must pay sales tax and guests exempt from the payment of sales tax.

Foreign business travelers requesting a printed invoice will also be charged 18% sales tax regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

The buffet breakfast is included for only 2 people.

When booking 5 rooms or more, we will charge 50% of the rooms, since different policies applies.

Pésima estancia, no vayan con sus mascotas

El jardín era lindo, el personal que abría el portón, zona de comidas y la recepción amable, el desayuno completo. Sin embargo en ningún lugar dice por dónde se entra, dimos varias vueltas intentando encontrar el lobby.

Cons:

La supervisora Paola H. se comportó de manera abusiva, irrespetuosa y acosadora, hice mi reserva especificando que iba con 2 mascotas, 1 de ellas de servicio, y luego recibí un largo mensaje de WhatsApp acusándome de tener mascotas sin permiso en la habitación y de tener pruebas con fotos, ósea tomo fotos de mis mascotas en la privacidad de nuestra habitación y me las envió acusándome según ella? Que tan absurdo puede ser esto, acosando a los huéspedes y acusándolos y enviando lo que según ella llamo pruebas, con varias llamadas perdidas y largos mensajes de WhatsApp. No recomiendo ir a este lugar con mascotas, no son pet friendly y tienen una muy mala comunicación interna, la supervisora tiene algo en contra de las mascotas, claramente no entiende de límites y no tiene ética ni respeto por la privacidad de los huéspedes ni su habitación.

Struttura consigliata a Chivay
Pros:

La struttura è immersa in un grande giardino molto curato. Camera spaziosa con il letto grande e riscaldamento (grande plus!). Possibilità di cenare presso il loro ristorante. Colazione buona e varia!
Disponibile anche ossigeno in caso di necessità.

Great stay!

I warmly recommend Casa Andina Standard Colca for everyone, who is looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service! I also recommend to have dinner at the hotels restaurant, which was very delicious, and service was friendly and fast.

Extraordinary Care When We Needed It Most

Our stay at this hotel will always be remembered—not just for its beautiful location, but because of the extraordinary care we received from the entire staff.

Unfortunately, my husband became very ill during our stay. **Monica** at the front desk immediately sprang into action, arranging for **Dr. Edson** and **Nurse Ruth** to come to our room. They provided exceptional medical care that evening and returned the following morning to check on him. Their professionalism, kindness, and compassion gave us tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

Monica continued to go above and beyond by providing me with gloves and trash bags after housekeeping had to clean our bathroom. **Mendez** in the restaurant and room service was also incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

When it became clear that my husband wasn't well enough to return with our tour group, **Andre** worked tirelessly to arrange a private driver back to Arequipa. That extra effort meant so much to us. A special thank you as well to our driver, **Accessa**, who safely drove us back to the city. We were incredibly grateful to have that option instead of trying to take the bus while my husband was recovering.

We have traveled over the years, and I can honestly say we have never experienced such genuine care, compassion, and outstanding customer service from an entire team. What could have been a frightening experience was made so much easier because of these wonderful people.

Thank you all for your kindness. We will never forget the exceptional care you showed us, and we are deeply grateful.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, schönes Zimmer. Tolle gepflegte Anlage. Sehr bemüht uns zu helfen als wir einen platten Reifen hatten.

Cons:

Wir sind erst um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück und da war nicht mehr so viel Auswahl am Buffet..
