Fine for what it is. A bed near the NEC.
Pros:

Location for the NEC and price compared with other options nearby are good.
Shower is pretty decent.

Cons:

Bathroom not fully cleaned (shavings on the counter above the sink) and not enough plug sockets (none at all by the bedside tables)
