Staff great
No toiletries enough maybe ran out
Handy location for the arena, staff were friendly plus as it was at a services there were EV chargers.
Nothing
The fan in my room was not working. When I approached the receptionist, she initially said no fans were available, despite the outside temperature being 32 degrees. I noticed she was using both air conditioning and a fan at the desk. She explained that the fan belonged to her supervisor, even though it had a hotel sticker. When I mentioned I might look for another hotel, she arranged to replace our fan. I recommend that hotel management train staff to be more welcoming and approachable.
The staff did not smile, which made me feel unwelcome.
Very clean and staff friendly
Nothing
reception staff needs to be more chearfull ,
reception staff had no smile
Convenience, comfort
No seat in shower
We had to go over to the shops as there was no continental breakfast. It was the only disappointment as there was nothing much there
A continental breakfast would have been nice
Better than Premier Inn in terms of cleanliness, facility, staff!
Loved it.
Reasonable price, close to motorway, clean room.
Wrong side of motorway, charge for parking
We chose this hotel because of its location and the price. We booked an overnight stay as we were attending an event nearby. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was very pleasant. The room was basic as expected but very clean. The bathroom smelt fresh and there was a walk in shower. There was a fan in the room which we used as it was quite warm. Being at a motorway services we thought it may be noisy but it was surprisingly quiet (we were staying on a Saturday night).
We had our evening meal in the services. We purchased some fruit and yoghurt from the onsite Waitrose in the morning, for our breakfast.
We would definitely return to this hotel again if we needed an overnight stop again.
The air was stuffy, indicating lack of ventilation.
Very clean, bright and excellently located for the NEC.
A few noisy Lorrie’s in the adjacent lorry park overnight but nothing too bad.
