Great waypoint, for a trip around the lake.
Pros:

Great value. Once inside, the room met our family's needs, had a kitchen, comfy beds and decent bathroom. The breakfast was a nice treat, other guests were friendly. This is a fun loving neighborhood, back across the French border, not far from the lake. Mostly residential, not much traffic/noise.

Cons:

A little confusion, partly our fault as we had no phone, booked Booking.com and arrived to a closed reception desk all within 45 minutes. At about 8PM all went well, after a WhatsApp call. We were in, and happy. The email confirmation proved critical, as we were able to use a data SIM to make contact with the provided phone number (again, WhatsApp). AC was not an advertised amenity, and there was none.
