Thoughtful staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk from Nagano Station!
Pros:

The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved all of the little touches - free coffee, free nighttime snacks, warm towels, etc. The hotel was quite close to Nagano Station as well which was a big plus - it was an easy walk to and from the station.

Cons:

The bathroom and room itself were a little dated, but we didn’t mind.

Pros:

Hôtel pratique à côté de la gare. Personnel sympathique et des services variés. Petit plus pour le snack du soir.

Cons:
