部屋が広い
アメニティー充実
スタッフの対応

Cons:

よくないほどではないですが、駐車場について
自分は問題ないですが、幅が狭い部分を
改善したほうがいいと思います

Well presented Hotel , great location loved the Sake tasting !
Pros:

Location was close to the Train Station we walked to the hotel and to many restaurants and bars . We walked to the Temple and had a picnic in Central Sauare Park. The Hotel had lots complimentary extras like pastries and Sake tasting , biscuits and nuts .

Great clean hotel with conveniencet location.
Pros:

Very clean and refurbished rooms. The room was large with a sitting area and a small table. Location is perfect. The price was very good. Excellent staff. Free sake tasting ( 4 different types). Free coffee and tea.

Cons:

No luggage rack inside the room.

Fijn verblijf top locatie.
Pros:

Fijn hotel, elke avond een sake proeverij. Een wasserette was op de 2e verdieping. Hier hebben wij zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Verblijf Op loopafstand van het trein/bus station. Lekkere bedden en airco aanwezig.

Cons:

Wij waren onze jassen vergeten. Jammer dat niemand contact met ons heeft opgenomen maar dat wij hier zelf achteraan moesten. Vervolgens hebben zij het wel kunnen versturen naar ons verblijf waar we op dat moment zaten. En dat was snel geregeld.

Gute Lage, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Großes Zimmer und tolle Annehmlichkeiten in der Lobby. Sake Proben, frisches Gebäck, Kaffee - alles kostenlos.

Super Nagano
Pros:

I liked the free tokens for the Saki machine and the cakes. Very efficient staff. Big very clean rooms . Great location near the town centre , very near pubs bars and restaurants. Also very close to the station with it's Shinkansen connection.

Cons:

Nothing really. The top floor restaurant was either fully booked or closed on the nights I was interested in. However that's down to poor research by me.
