the overall stay was more than very good
Pros:

we have stayed or more than 4 weeks and can honestly confirm that the location is perfect and the staff is every friendly and helpful especially "Megan" who is exceptionally professional and supportive. the overall experience was very good.

Cons:

since we have stayed over 4 weeks we can confirm that cleaning the rooms especially the bathrooms could be much better. more variation in the breakfast "although it is complimentary" could be considered.

Room was dirty, the hallways and around ice machines were dirty even the elevator. The microwave kept locking the door after every use had to unplug it to reset it with every use..

It was decent - but not the 4-plus stars others indicated for the experience.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly

Cons:

My room had two beds. They were not made-up with care (one looked like the sheets were not fresh). There was a stain in the carpet as soon as I walked in and a stain on the front of the bed. The overall vibe of the hotel was dated and I didn’t feel like my real time experience of the property matched the ratings seen online before I booked.

Great location, needs updated worn and unclean
Pros:

Location was great for our needs.

Cons:

Property is very worn. Had to have our sheets changed when we checked in they were dirty and stained. Dusty window covers. Also very thin walls, the guest above us sounded like they were playing basketball all night. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about it.
