This beautiful hotel (elev. approx 9k) was jthe perfect “between” spot to acclimate coming From Cusco (11k +) but before moving onto Machu Picchu. The great staff, wonderful service, elegant setting and amenities were fantastic. the spa (try the Inca Massage!!) was a great place to refresh after a long day of exploring - and the spa technicians were skilled. The outdoor fire pit and watching the stars in the southern hemisphere, the hammocks for lounging, the lush vegetation and “ in house” llamas made for a gorgeous setting and if I am lucky enough to return to this part of the world and the Urubamba area again, I will be staying here happily!
Todo exelente nivel premium
No existió eso
Our stay at Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference (particularly Jose Luis and Rocky Nicol).
The setting is simply breathtaking, with spectacular views of the Sacred Valley that create a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay with outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and incredible scenery, I can't recommend Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley highly enough. We would happily stay here again!
Stunning scenery in the valley and peaceful place to acclimatise before we hit the sacred sites. Buffet breakfast was so good and the staff very attentive.
Movie night was not going due to a conference which we missed as 3 nights didn’t have much to do. Spa was also very expensive for an average hydrotherapy, sauna, steam experience.
El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones muy cálidas! Su personal es excelente y destaco a Karen en el restaurante que se portó fantástica con nosotros!

This property has so much to offer - stargazing, feeding baby alpacas, nightly bonfires, movies under the stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here
We loved everything at this place. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re traveling with kids. They have movie nights, a playground, a bonfire area, baby alpacas to feed and pet, and most importantly, so much open space and fresh air. As soon as we got there and saw it, we extended our five day stay for two more.
The room was comfortable and updated. I saw a video tour on YouTube by a previous guest, but the room actually was even nicer than that. Highlights were a great shower, super friendly staff that always greeted us and made us feel welcome, an awesome breakfast buffet, and just a pristine property.
The only issue that we ran into was being able to hear footsteps in the room above us whenever they moved. This was noisy at night, and the only hotel of our trip that I noticed this in.
It was a great place to rest after traveling overnight in a plane from the US. The food at the restaurant was good, and my kids liked feeding the alpacas. We also enjoyed the planetarium show.
We slept in the first morning, and the restaurant isn’t open from 10-noon so we had to just eat snacks for breakfast.
A fantastic three day stay after touring the Sacred Valley for month. Everything was well thought out- grounds were beautiful, setting exquisitely nestled near the mountains, food was great, room bed and bathroom wonderful, staff extremely cordial and kind. Just a lovely stay- we felt pampered.
Tudo!
It is a beautiful hotel and villas. The landscape is amazing, set nestled among the mountains. Truly a stunning environment that is so very well cared for. The staff are competent and friendly.
Rocky Cristina went above and beyond at every single interaction, with joy and caring. I can't say enough great things about him.
I give the restaurant a mixed review. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff are outstanding. The dinner menu is mediocre, worse it is the same every night. After 2 nights our party of 5 didn't want to eat there but we had no other choice.
La infraestructura el paisaje y facilidades del hotel.
Nada. Solo sugeriría contar con una piscina temporada.
To be located in a quiet and peaceful zone, far from the city noise.
The green areas and the architecture.
The infrastructure of the second floor rooms, the noise of the upper room goes down very loud (i.e walking steps or pushing the furniture) in our case it happened at 10 pm and 6 am. Need to work in noise isolation.
Real 5 star experience in the heart of Valle Sagrada!
Don’t hesitate to book - this hotel might be your best hotel experience in Peru!
