Great location & nice to have the extra space
Pros:

We had a lovely room with a balcony, walk in wardrobe & a large bathroom.
Great for a 4 night stay

Cons:

The bed was very firm & only a duvet provided, no top sheet (we did get one) as we were there in a heatwave!

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Genève Centre. The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. The staff were friendly and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion I have is regarding the breakfast. I hope the hotel can offer a wider variety of options in the future. Perhaps taking inspiration from the Novotel branches in the Gulf region would make the breakfast experience even better and attract more guests.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and this hotel will definitely be one of my first choices whenever I visit Geneva again.

Pros:

Everything was great. During a day trip, my wife noticed that she had lost part of her earring and was really upset about it. When we arrived back at the hotel, we found it waiting for us on the counter near the bathroom sink (the cleaner must have found it and placed it there). This made my wife's day.
