Mevkii güzeldi. Personel güleryüzlü.

Cons:

Hava çok sıcaktı ve soğutma hiç yeterli değildi. Ana asansör bozuk olduğu için tüm yol bavullarımızı o sıcakta merdivenlerden taşımak zorunda kaldık. Odalar iyi temizlenmiyordu sadece yatak toplayıp havlu değiştirip gidiliyor. Balkonlar hiç temizlenmemiş.

Magnifique endroit et excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’y retourne quand je serai à Lyon!
Pros:

J’ai adoré l’emplacement qui était calme et confortable le soir (pas de fêtards ou de traffic aux alentours) et juste à côté de la gare Perrache qui a facilité tous mes déplacements dans la ville.

Cons:

Le seul hic était l’ascenseur principal brisé. Le reste était excellent.

L'emplacement, l'accueil et le personnel.
Nous avons pris un ticket dans le parking QPark alors qu'il fallait suivre le mail envoyé et générer un qrcode pour le paiement du parking, l'hôtesse nous a dépanné avec un ticket de sortie.
Nous avons pu régler le parking à 23€ au lieu de 35€ pour une nuit.
