Excellent hotel in a perfect spot for discovering Lyon central
Pros:

The property is gorgeous, the room was fantastic and perfect for our needs. The buffet breakfast was great, a huge selection of options that would make anyone happy.

Cons:

It was a bit hard to access from Perrache, we had to go a really roundabout way to get there.

Ventola del bagno sempre accesa, la notte si faceva fatica a dormire. La moquette era piena di macchie e sporca. Il sapone non era presente. L’ingresso dell’hotel era sempre aperto pur essendo di fianco alla stazione

Pros:

Väldigt fräscht hotell med gym som dottern uppskattade. Väldigt väl tilltaget rum och bra luftkonditionering. Bra toalett och badrum. Jag uppskattade att man kunde hämta kallt kolsyrat vatten i korridoren.

Cons:

Vi fick inte tillgång till rummet på överenkommen tid utan fick vänta i lobbyn i mer än en timme. Det gjorde att vi missade en del av den planerade sightseeingen i Lyon. Det var ganska bökigt och dyrt att parkera bilen, men det kanske man får räkna med vid en centralstation. När vi väl hittat parkeringshuset var det lång gångväg till hotellet. Angöring för att kunna släppa av väskor fanns ändå precis vid nedre entrén.

1. le petit dej tardif : j'ai payé mon petit dej mais le restaurant ouvrait qu' a 7h. ils nous ont refusé même un café ou une tranche de pain avant notre départ ( nous devions partir tot : horaire de train
D'ailleurs je n'ai pas été remboursé comme ils me l'ont dit

2. ménage médiocre, la chambre jamais nettoyer, jamais aspirer . le lit non fait : les couette juste posé sur les lits.

3. les serviette de bain minuscule

4. clim mise au minimum de température et il faisait encore tres chaud dans la chambre pour dormir
