Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews describe the hotel as modern and clean; one mention of no hot water affecting the shower but overall cleanliness is praised.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and attentive (specific praise for Cedric and staff arranging bunk beds and lessons); service is a standout.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised: next to metro and park, ~10 minutes to centre, easy walking to attractions and good parking; only minor note about limited quality dining nearby.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms are spacious and generally comfortable, but there are recurring notes about very firm beds, an uncomfortable sofa bed for some, and a toilet without a sink in one report.
Amenities
9
Good amenities noted: covered parking for guests, bar with happy hour, games (pool/table football), family-friendly arrangements (bunk beds) and nearby gardens.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed signals: several guests felt the hotel was expensive for what they experienced (e.g., very firm bed), while others found the facilities and service justified the price.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast and bar service receive positive mentions (good breakfast, fresh fruit on arrival), though nearby quality dining options are limited according to some guests.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall very positive family-friendly stays with warm welcomes and helpful staff; minor issues (hard beds, occasional hot water/AC/noise and wayfinding) noted but did not dominate guest experience.

Safe were really friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children and they sent up bunk beds for them. The kids loved it and made the stay that little bit special for them.

A great stay.
Pros:

We had a fantatstic family stay at the Mercure hotel Toulouse. We had a very warm welcome in the early hours of the morning by Cedric, who gave my boys French and Spanish lessons while checking in. The room was large and bunk beds perfect for the boys, even my tall teenager.
During our stay we enjoyed happy hour at the bar and played pool and table football.
Hotel was situated about ten minutes away from the centre but lovely gardens and restaurants next to the hotel. There is a McDonalds right nice door which was handy on the first morning.
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Pros:

Great location - wonderful to have covered and easy parking just for hotel guests. Modern design and clean property! Our stay was short but we had a nice walk down to the river and even rented an electric boat for an easy and fun tour (lescaboteurs).
