Pros:

電梯非常快。飯店大廳相當漂亮。
裡頭還有全家便利商店。房間也有雨傘。
剛好遇到下大雨。真的幫了大忙

但是感覺門禁管制有點隨便。
至少要刷房卡上去會比較安全

Overall it is a convenient place to stay when you are heading to or from chitose airport
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. It was near the Aeon Shopping Mall and had access to many food places. Their Family Mart inside the hotel that stays open late is also extremely convenient.

Cons:

I requested and paid for a room for 3 people, but I had to argue with the staff to get bedding for the couch bed

ビュッフェで少し北海道を感じた

Cons:

布団に毛が付いていた・変な匂いがした
複数人で泊まると使えるコンセントが少なかった
1日目部屋の電気を消すと、充電が出来なくなった

Not coming back to this one unless they’ve made some serious renovation.

Not much.

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age. It’s dark and the AC wasn’t cold enough. Room’s small. Best Western is much better and I paid almost twice more for this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. We expected much more with a hotel with Ana Crowne’s name on it.

満足でした。ありがとうございました。

朝食は美味しかったです。
　お野菜も豊富に取り揃えてあるのが良いですね。

Cons:

ディナーを頂くのにレストランが少ないのは困りました。
　また、今の期間がビヤガーデンのみというのも飲めない私たち夫婦には残念でした。
