Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent stay overlooking the river.Amazing breakfast with Japanese and international cuisine.Tram station is right around the corner for local travels.Peace memorial museum and park is in walking distance-6 to 8 minutes walk. Amenities were amazing and the gym was awesome.Loved the stay very much

Great and reliable hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Great staff, spacious room and amazing location. My son got suddenly sick and needed medical attention. Hotel staff was quick to provide thermometer, ice pillow as well as arranging an appointment at a nearby pediatrician.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a laundry machine on premise.

Solid choice with both clear strengths and a few drawbacks.
Pros:

The location is excellent—just a short walk to Peace Memorial Park and close to restaurants and the streetcar line. Staff service was consistently professional and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The rooms are dated, and as some guests have noted, they feel small for a "standard" room .
