Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es roch leicht muffig.
Ebenso war es nicht so sauber wie ich es gerne gehabt hätte, sodass ich Spuren meines Vorgängers im Bad vorgefunden habe.

Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔で、ベットが良くて熟睡出来た！　スタッフの方は感じが良かったです。

Cons:

部屋が少し暗い。　トイレの床にへこみがあったり、便器にヒビがあった。　5泊もしたので、川側が良かったかな。　駐車場が毎日チケットを貰うのが気になる。
慣れたら良いかも！

Świetny hotel nad rzeką
Pros:

Hotel zlokalizowany w odległości krótkiego spaceru od dworca kolejowego, można również skorzystać z tramwaju, gdyż przystanek jest obok hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja jeżeli ktoś podróżuje do Kurokawa Onsen, ponieważ przystanek autobusowy znajduje się przed wejściem do hotelu. Personel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny, dokładał wszelkich starań żeby pomóc w naszej dalszej podróży. Pokoje komfortowe, z pięknym widokiem na rzekę.

行李提前從另一地寄過來飯店，飯店人員妥善收好後，也第一時間在平台上回訊息告知已收到行李（因為是第一次使用行李寄送，所以有請飯店人員幫忙確認是否寄達）。

在booking平台上的回覆親切專業，房間也很乾淨，即便我們因為地震更改航班至福岡而臨時取消飯店住宿，也仍然接受我們免費取消的申請。以後有機會造訪熊本，一定會再來住。 熊本加油

Pros:

這次是住熊本熊房，孩子非常開心。房間很寬敞，床跟枕頭都很舒服，還有提供製冰機，非常方便。

Cons:

距離熊本車站看起來感覺不遠，但拖著行李在大太陽下走，真的又熱又累。可以搭市電或公車。
沒拉行李時走起來就還好。

10/10 would love to stay there again . Stumbled upon there by chance since a lot of other Kumamoto hotels are full .
Pros:

Everything was exceptionally good from the staff at the lobby to the rooms and facilities . Awesome that the hotel gave two key cards

Cons:

Nothing really . The location is a tad far from the coin laundry but that’s not the hotels problem

Pros:

スタッフの方達の接客がとても丁寧で良かったです。
チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行ったのですが、事前にお部屋に置いてくださってくれたのも嬉しかったです。
朝食会場に着くと席まで案内してくださったり、だご汁をおすすめしてもらいました。食べました。とても美味しかったです。焼きたてのオムレツも凄く美味しかったです。
くまモンルームに泊まりました。
くまモンだらけでとても癒されました。
熊本駅から少し歩きますがそんなに遠くなくちょうどいい距離にあります。
また泊まりたいです。

Good for short stay and if you want peaceful.
Pros:

The hotel was spacious and clean enough for my family of six.

Cons:

They charge for the parking fee, nothing much about the area beside that’s a good steamboat restaurant nearby.

Around the area got nothing to do, can be quite boring.
