Linda, limpa, confortável, bem localizada, ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno. Não me incomodou, viajei sozinho, mas quando vc entra no hotel, a impressão é de algo grandioso. O quarto não condiz com isso, embora seja bem bom.

Muy buen hotel, personal inmejorable.
Pros:

Encontramos al mejor recepcionista de todo Japón, el señor Hosokawa. Nos ayudó muchísimo a encontrar una alternativa para ir a Shirakawa-go ya que los buses estaban agotados y el nos ayudo con la solución de un tour privado que nos salvó literalmente el viaje.
Habitación grande para los estándares de Japón, con bonitas vistas a la estación que es un punto de interés en Kanazawa. La habitación estaba muy limpia y los productos del baño de la marca Antipodes son excepcionales.

フロントスタッフの対応が最高でした。長距離移動してきた為、食事処も予約頂き助かりました

Cons:

朝食時に、片付けする若い外国人スタッフが数秒毎に机を見に来て、落ち着いて食べることがでかなかった。また、朝食時の女性スタッフの服装がシワだらけでだらしなかったことが勿体なく感じた

少し設備か古くなりつつありますぐらいでしょうか？最近できたホテルとくらべて、 ベッドが少し柔らかい感じでした。

Pros:

スタッフは皆さん親切でした。
うっかりカードキーを部屋に置いて外出してしまい、気づいてカウンターで伝えたらすぐ再発行して頂けました。
朝食時間は人数多い時間帯7時から
8時半がありますが、その時間帯避けたのでゆっくり頂く事が出来ました。
