Pros:

Emplacement pas loin du centre. Literie confortable. Chambre très calme. Petit déjeuner vraiment très bon avec la possibilité de le prendre en terrasse.

Cons:

Il y a effectivement un parking privé, mais malheureusement payant et extrêmement étroit… pas évident pour les grosses voitures

Cons:

La habitación olía realmente mal. Tuvimos que cambiarla pero para ello necesité insistir hasta en 4 ocasiones para que alguien de personal pasara por la habitación para comprobarlo. Me dijeron que estaban al 100% ocupados y que era imposible cambiar. Después de insistir conseguí que subieran a inspeccionar la habitación y mágicamente ya no estaban 100% ocupados

I am disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. While I stayed for seven nights and booked two rooms, the overall service and housekeeping standards were below expectations.Firstly, the staff did not appear welcoming, and it often felt as though guests were being served under pressure rather than with genuine hospitality.The cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory. The toilets had an unpleasant odor, and the cleaning standards were poor. On one occasion, our room was not serviced at all. I also had to contact reception because basic amenities such as toilet paper and tissues were missing. Although these were eventually provided, there were two separate days when no soap was available in the bathroom despite my complaints.In addition, one night the fire alarm was triggered at around 11:00 PM, resulting in the evacuation of hotel guests. Despite the inconvenience and disruption caused, no apology or explanation was provided by the hotel management.I raised several of these concerns during my stay. The receptionist informed me that my complaints would be reported and that some form of compensation would be considered upon checkout. However, when I checked out, no compensation, follow-up, or acknowledgment of the issues was provided.Given the number of issues experienced during a relatively long stay, I expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
