スタッフさんの対応が良い。

広くて、ホテルらしかった

Cons:

夜間のフロントの接客が、今までの中で、最低でした。
着く時間も連絡して、車椅子の事もお伝えしていたのに、入口に来ない、手続きに15分以上かかり、荷物のカートも持ってきてくれず、エレベーターにも、来られず、扉も開けず、もし、新人であっても、お客様には、関係ありません。
体の悪いお客様の事も考えて頂きたいと思います。
何か、ビジネスホテル見たいでした。
きつい指摘すいません。
