The biggest disappointment we had in all of Thailand we had, don’t go there, do your self and you wallet a favor
Pros:

Please be aware, very old hotel, very bed condition of the room facilities like bed, air conditioning, carpets, we had terrible experience and after we complained the suggested solution was very poor and not respected for the Hyatt brand, do your self a favor and look for other hotels around the airport, there are few much better options

Resort style stay
Pros:

The Hyatt is the perfect location for a quick stopover after a hectic European holiday. I had 24 hours before my next flight so I was able to check in early evening, enjoy room service and a good night's sleep. I woke to enjoy a hearty breakfast, booked in for a massage then lazed by the pool while enjoying lunch and cool drinks. I was then able to go to my room shower, pack and leave for the airport at 5.00pm the next day. The Shuttle service was excellent and quick. I felt like I'd had a relaxing resort stay even though it was only a quick one.
