Nice , comfortable stay but in need of improvements.

Overall price was good, the location was great in the middle of downtown. Other then the toilet.

Breakfast and location was great, price for hotel was great.

Cons:

The toilet did not function correctly. The toilet had a slow drain. Any business left was not draining. I notified hotel staff on night one. No maintenance person came to check on the issue. On night two I notified the staff of the toilet issue again and was told no maintenance staff was available. I decided to ask for a plunger and snake to clear the blockage. Prior to me fixing the issue my family had to get keys from the front office to use a guest restroom for 2 nights.

I did not like anything

Cons:

The hotel was a mess. The rooms were awful. Spider webs and a dank smell throughout the room. Graffiti etched in the elevator. Left the hotel only an hour after arrival. Absurd to even call this a hotel. Front security gate was demolished and debris was everywhere. The neighborhood is more than sketchy. Will not stay in another Holiday Inn. Will sleep in my car if there is no choice!
