Pros:

Room cabinets,bed and coffee bar was great.

Cons:

Breakfast was prepared nice. However, the items on the steam trays were cold and no way to warm it.

Pros:

The staff was great and accommodating

Cons:

The room had a smell and the bathrooms weren't properly clean. The carpet had stains on it and a smell.

Was overall a good stay for the price. Secure and clean room, nice staff, and an okay breakfast.

Pros:

Location was fine I just don’t understand why I had to pay a 200 cash deposit . Plus the rate fee I had to leave and go take money out of a ATM. I’ve never had this happen to me

Cons:

At the time of check in I was told they had to put a 25$ hold on my card, my card statement shows it's 30$ hold and still hasn't been returned back to my card, I was in town due to my mother being in ICU down the street and had stayed at another hotel the previous night and received my deposit on my card the day I checked out so I'm not sure why they still haven't refunded me from this hotel
