It was very clean overall and it did smell good
I feel the room was more expensive per night than it should have been for the lack of amenities and it took a while 30 days for me to get my security deposit back because they allowed me to pay with my cash app card when the manager said I was not supposed to use a cash app card because they don’t accept them anymore.
We stayed there just one night prior to a flight home. Room we got (King + Soft Pullout) was very spacious - no complaints. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was great. Liked that breakfast was included and it was good.
Only negative: we booked a 2 queen bed room but when we checked in, there weren't any available. They did upgrade us to a King+Sofa Pullout and the soft pullout was smaller than a Queen but they made it right the next morning. Not really a huge issue. Beware also, parking is $20/night.
Buen desayuno.
Clean and great space in the room for families with the necessities
Front desk staff female L name was a bit short but could be because of the influx of the kpop concert causing overwhelm
Conveniently located to Allegiant. Full kitchen and breakfast included option.
La alberca
No acepta tarjetas internacionales, el check in es tardado, el sofa nos toco sucio
I absolutely love everything about this hotel!! I really prefer to not be so close to the strip and this place is perfect! It's not overly crowded, the rooms are nice and big. Great amenities. My home away from home
Paying for parking!
The location
The thermostat in the room is locked at 69. You can’t change any settings. It is so hot outside that the room temp was around 73 which it was very hot at night. It never came down to 69. The staff sent a technician and he fixed it but in a couple of hours the thermostat was locked again and I couldn’t adjust the temp.
Location! Walking distance to the Allegiant Stadium
Needed more cooking ware. That's all
THIS PLACE cannot be topped. Just off the strip, it’s a short shuttle ride to the southern start of the trip trip. The shuttle travels very frequently and is complementary, and Luiz makes for a very pleasant ride as the host. The room was the biggest room I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life, and extremely comfortable.
Nothing!!
Had a good stay for work with a model, the kitchen area is handy and the rest of the room had a lot of space and the bed was great. Also cleanliness wasn’t an issue at all during our stay.
Excellent service for from desk ,check in was very fast too
Clean and good space
Great location! The room is huge with a kitchen it was very nice I was impressed! Will be coming back
Last-minute booking due to flight cancellation. The front desk staff was very welcoming when I arrived after midnight and sympathetic to my situation. Beautiful hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to check out around 4:00 a.m. to catch my rescheduled flight.
This hotel stay was not a leisurely visit; it was during a medical emergency involving my father.
The hotel sits between the 215 freeway and a busy main road, so road noise is noticeable. In addition to traffic sounds, helicopters frequently flew along the strip and curved near the hotel in the evenings. The Raiders Stadium is also located directly across the street, adding to the overall activity and noise level.
The rooms include kitchens or kitchenettes, which are very helpful for extended stays and were in good condition. One concern was the bathtub design, the edge sits quite high and lacks assist handles, which made getting in and out difficult for my older mother.
Breakfast was consistently hot and enjoyable, offering a generous selection. Parking was simple and convenient, with a pass provided at check-in to display in the vehicle window. The hotel itself is easy to locate and access.
Overall, my stay was mixed. My first room had an issue, and while I was accommodated with a change, it did not feel willing or handled pleasantly. Later, I received repeated evening calls from the front desk asking whether housekeeping had come to my room and if it was clean. When I asked who was directing these calls, I was told management had instructed them to contact me. The first call came after 11 p.m., and another occurred just before 9 p.m., waking both my mother and me. This behavior was unacceptable and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult trip. We ultimately booked a rental once our reservation ended.
I would recommend the hotel for its amenities and convenience; however, based on my experience with hotel management and staff, I would not personally choose to stay here again.
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
