Great location, parking was a bit limited only 2 bays for about6 units but we parked at main Seashel
Pros:

The views, beach and sunsets were great.

Cons:

There was no airfryer. I know it is a recent technology but you would expect one in a place like Seashells appartment

We loved Seashells 💗 Everything we needed was there, including a view and the beach 🌊
Pros:

The apartment was light and bright, plenty of space and well appointed. Fluffy white towels 🩷
The location was excellent - right across from the beach! I am a daily ocean swimmer so this was an added bonus.
I loved that it is located at the quieter end of the Esplanade but still close to cafe's.
Parking was included too.

I enjoyed the view from the apartment but the facilities need to be improved.
Pros:

The location was good with a good sea view from the apartment.

Cons:

Need to take a few stairs to reach the apartment. It was so inconvenient as we had a few heavy luggages to bring to the apartment. Another quite inconvenient is the bathroom upstairs that does not have the door to separate it from the bed. The shower has only glasses which is see through.

The Collections unit number 9 is pitiful - it is in need of a total renovation.
Pros:

Very little... The location was ideal, and the kitchen serviceable, but that was it.

Cons:

Of all of the places I’ve stayed in via booking.com, this has been the most disappointing. The earlier reviews, which I should have looked at more carefully before booking this place, are correct – the apartments in the Collections units are pitiful. Forget about 3 ½ stars, and think more 1-star. In fairness, the location is fantastic, as it is across the street from the beach and one of Perth’s most amazing swimming pools. The restaurants and cafes are also nearby, as is a supermarket. This is what you will be paying for. The apartment itself slaps you in the face when you enter. The carpeting is old, and probably a long way from being clean. The sofas are wavy and in need of disposal…they are not functional in anyway. The bathrooms are also dated, and the shower persistently drips (close the door at night to avoid that annoying sound). The toilet (in a separate room) is passable, but it also feels very old. The kitchen is serviceable – this is probably the best part of the apartment. The beds and linen were clean, although the bed is quite soft…just another item on the long list of things that need updating and repairing. Perhaps the most frustrating part is that these issues are all mentioned in earlier reviews, and the management wrote back to explain the units are privately managed and they would pass along the feedback. This has obviously fallen on deaf ears. Personally, I would feel embarrassed if I was the owner to take money from anyone wanting to stay here. One other bit of advice if you decide to stay here, make sure to snap a few before and after photos to avoid being charged for anything…
