Ella provided exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. She was kind, caring, and very professional, and she thoughtfully arranged a late checkout based on availability. Such great friendly service from staff!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating - Grace in Reservations, Ella at Reception, Karim at Concierge, the lovely lady cleaner and others I met. The room was huge and quiet, great location near Mall of the Emirates and it was a great place to stay! I will return!

Friendly staff everywhere!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly at this hotel at all times - Ella at reception, Karim at Concierge, Adel who cleaned my room, the security lady, the other cleaners, the lifeguard and room service - it made it feel like 'home'. Thank you so much and I hope to come back soon!

Treachery alert ( stay safe )
Pros:

Convenient location, a couple stuff were friendly, especially the night securities and Ella at the reception during the day.

Cons:

Be careful of the manager simple, Hes extremely arrogant, highly disrespectful and his tone and speech will make u wish u never booked this hotel. Also he is that kind to throw u under the bus without a single blink anyday u run into any trouble of any kind, and it doesn't matter however long stay guest u may be or loyal u are to this hotel.

Infact be very careful of ur surroundings and wtever u discuss when he's around. Hes the Egyptian guy in a creamy white suit mostly. Theres no hotelier more treachrous u can l ever come across more than him. Good luck.

Wonderful First Stay at this Hotel
Pros:

My stay at Donatello Hotel was excellent, especially for my first experience there. Ellah at the reception was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kindly upgraded my room, which made me so happy and delighted.

The room was huge and very comfortable.

Also, Rahmah from the security team was very welcoming.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and would gladly stay here again.

Cleaning should be improved :)

Cons:

Cleaning service, they havent cleaned the laminant surface of the room even asked , just vacuum cleaning.
