Perfect weekend
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is perfect.
The staff were so friendly greeting us with a smile and a warm welcome everything they saw us. The hotel was beautifully decorated and so clean and tidy and the location was ideal with only a few minutes walk to the seafront attractions and shops.
The breakfasts were exceptional.
We couldn't have asked for anything more fir our weekend stay.
Thanks to everyone involved for making our stay perfect.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely and clean and the accommodation was in a prime location just minutes walk to main attractions. Check in was easy. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We was at top floor in a family room, the flights of stairs was difficult with 2 small children. The shower took ages to become luke warm.

Great, friendly hotel
Pros:

Stephanie was very welcoming on arrival. Checking in was very easy and straight forward. Bedroom was lovely and clean, with soft towels and very comfy beds. Overall hotel was in a great location, easy walking distance to the Beach, Pier, Tower, shopping centre and the Pleasure Beach a short tram ride away. Would recommend and I'll definitely be staying again. Thank you Stephanie
