Didn't get the proper experience due to terrible weather for four days.
Pros:

When I booked, I was expecting a lovely, rustic, very casual and relaxed island resort, and that's exactly what I got. I love that I took my shoes off when I got to my room and didn't put shoes on again for the entire four days that I was there. My room was very comfortable. It was clean. The shower was great, and hot water was perfect.

I had a beachfront bungalow, which, if the weather had been great, would have been phenomenal, but unfortunately the entire time we were there it was rainy and virtually cyclonic, so I didn't get the full experience. I never got to swim in the pool, never got to snorkel or swim in the ocean except for the very first day, when I managed to get in a 20-minute snorkel, which was phenomenal. I would say that if the weather is bad, it's quite difficult because there's not much to do at the resort.

Cons:

I wasn't a huge fan of the food. I understand, of course, that there are limitations given that it's an island in the middle of the ocean, but I found that a lot of the food was carby and fried and pretty average across the board. I was on the full board package, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a lot of the stuff was repetitive. I would also say that while there are lots of drink options, a couple of things just need to be tweaked. I ordered a martini, a vodka martini, and I got vodka with martini rosso put in it instead of an actual martini. Just some small tweaks like that for something quite basic, but most of the other cocktails in that were fantastic, and the staff across the board was brilliant.

Not everyone could eat the Fiji buffet food and there were no other options or menu
The cheft did cook chicken and chips but was not happy about it

Cons:

Food was very pricey $75 is a ripp off compared to the amount of food served. Also its an island should have option of fish instead of serving chicken. We eat chicken in our country too.

Definitely going back!
Pros:

The amazing staff, no need for any shoes except reef shoes when going into the beach. Everywhere is sand rooms where spacious and very comfortable.

Pros:

This private island getaway is such a hidden gem! Crystal blue waters, beach front dining and the rooms had the most spectacular view. We were so happy with our stay. It also seems like they've just redone their entire food menu and you can definitely tell, the food was awesome and good value for money! Definitely give the snorkelling a try we saw so many fish

The wifi service was quite horrible from our room, yes you are on an island but late at night was hard to do anything on phones/laptops.

Cons:

Nous sommes globalement déçues de notre séjour. Au vu du prix payé, nous nous attendions à une expérience plus chaleureuse et mieux organisée. Nous avons parfois eu l’impression que l’aspect commercial prenait le dessus sur l’expérience client.

La communication et l’accueil n’ont pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. La chambre était très basique pour le tarif du resort, et les repas nous ont peu convaincues, à l’exception du petit-déjeuner.

Nous avons également rencontré quelques désagréments : un gâteau d’anniversaire commandé pour mon anniversaire n’avait finalement pas été préparé le jour J et a dû être organisé à la dernière minute après notre relance. Nous avons aussi reçu le mauvais sac de linge après un service de laverie pourtant payant.

Ce séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que nous espérions, surtout compte tenu du prix. C’est dommage, car nous avons reçu un accueil bien plus authentique et attentionné dans les homestays des îles Fidji.

Romantic, idyllic, relaxing.
Pros:

The location was idyllic. The staff were amazing, super friendly and after a week staying there some even knew us by name.

Cons:

I’m nitpicking here as there wasn’t much to fault, but the only thing I would say is the construction going on.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay here. Nice cozy island. Nice bungalow. Nice food, but be prepared that it is almost same every day.

Cons:

We missed our flight due to airline fault and arrived 2 days late. We understand it was not hotel’s fault, did not asked money back from the hotel, but I think that the hotel might have offered at least something (late checkout for instance) as a gesture of goodwill, which never happened and led me to frustration

Pros:

Beliggenheten var nydelig og grunnen til at vi bestilte.

Cons:

Litt mye rot og ødelagte ting som var slengt rundt. En liten ryddejobb hadde vært på sin plass. Alle fasiliteter ser ikke ut som på bildet, men hyttene vi leide var fine og som forventet.
