Pros:

The manager was really nice and the staff was also

Cons:

I got to the hotel they overbooked rooms and had to downsize me from a one bedroom to a studio. Then the first room they gave me was occupied by the janitor that was spraying for bugs. In the second room it was not as clean as based.

I had an issue from the beginning of my stay there, My room was already booked through booking.com, But for some reason the front desk person asked me for my debit card for amenities or something like that, But actually charged my card $330.00 which was taken out of my account and that was money I was supposed to shop with, But it was taken and replaced my debit card with the information of my booking through booking.com, Bad experience, My wife was really upset with me for even giving my card.

Pros:

We like the location close to mall and the staff were very nice to us.

Overall the experience was still very good and will come back next time we visit Arlington.

Cons:

There was a slight hiccup with the breakfast where it was not refillled quick enough.

If I had paid $100 for the night, I probably would have excused

Check-in staff slow
The last hour of breakfast— no coffee cups, no plates, no juice, food slow to be replenished
Check out lady was found eating breakfast instead of manning the front

Loved the additional space and the breakfast.
Pros:

A good location to the AT&T stadium and reasonable pricing. Staff was generally responsive.

Cons:

Staff missed my wake-up call on AM of departure. Some of suite finishes were getting tired.
