Please note that this property cannot accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or single-sex groups of 2 or more guests.

Any damage, either intentional or unintentional, unless reported to the hotel management immediately, will be charged in full to the card used to make the booking.

Unfortunately, single rooms are restricted to midweek reservations only, since all singles are actually small double rooms and are rented in advance as double rooms during the weekend.

A full menu is available at the bar 12 hours a day. No food or alcoholic drinks bought outside the hotel are allowed on the premises.

Guest not included on the booking form are not permitted in the rooms. You will be asked to leave if unauthorized guests are brought to the rooms.

Please note that the parking is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly, happy to help you out with anything we needed, nice clean accommodation 👌🏽good breakfast 😋 plenty of snacks in the room, tea,coffee, milk, sugar, Biscuits etc , nice comfortable lounge and Bar area, infront of the Tram 🚊 👍🏾

Cons:

I walk with walking sticks👩🏾‍🦯so going up and down steps wasn't great 😕 but I managed, otherwise anything was great 👍🏾 😃

Excellent all round.
Pros:

Excellent central, seafront location. Excellent friendly hosts that go out of their way to make everything perfect. Top breakfast that sets you up for the day. The hotel was lovely and clean with good sized rooms. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Everything, nothing failed. Not my first time staying, chose to stay here again because my first experience was so good and this time met my expectations again

Our stay was amazing from start to finish, fabulous hosts, fabulous hotel, fabulous location

Breakfast was amazing, I don't eat much in the morning, but the first morning I had breakfast was amazing and my husband and family really enjoyed theirs for tbe rest of the stay

Nothing to dislike,the hosts were fabulous, nothing was any trouble, but now I feel like I've said the wrong thing as everyone will want to visit and we won't be able to get a room
