Chambre très très vetuste et très petite sans aucun équipement Problème de parking, petit parking pour maximum 10 voitures iet nous avons constaté qu'il était occupé par le personnel de l'hotel ce qui n'est pas normale

Головний мінус — номери зовсім не відповідають фотографіям на сайті та Booking. На фото номер виглядає великим, просторим, світлим і після ремонту. У реальності ж він виявився маленьким, значно простішим і вже давно потребує ремонту. Стіни щонайменше потребують нового фарбування, а загалом складається враження, що номер не оновлювали вже багато років.

Це може стати неприємним шоком, коли приїжджаєш і бачиш зовсім не те, що очікував за фотографіями. Адміністратор був дуже приємним та ввічливим і погодився показати нам інший номер, який, як ми зрозуміли, мав відповідати фотографіям. Але, на жаль, і він виявився не таким, як на фото. Уже пізніше ми зрозуміли, що фотографії, ймовірно, були відредаговані або відфотошоплені.

Також дуже не вистачає міні-холодильника в номері. Враховуючи, що готель знаходиться в курортному місті, де люди приїжджають відпочивати на пляжі, особливо влітку, це досить суттєвий недолік. У спеку дуже хочеться мати можливість охолодити воду та інші напої в номері, а такої можливості немає.

Ще один суттєвий недолік — дуже гучний кондиціонер у номері, який створює великий дискомфорт, особливо вночі. Він працює настільки шумно, що складається враження, ніби прямо в кімнаті працює газонокосарка. Через цей постійний сильний шум нормально відпочивати та спати досить складно.

Parking: de parking is klein (10 auto's). Er is nog een extra parking iets verderop, waar 2 open plaatsen waren toen we aankwamen. Je moet dus geluk hebben om bij dit hotel te kunnen parkeren.
Airco: de airco op de kamer was niet zelf reguleerbaar. De kamer was zeer warm.
Personeel: je moet geluk hebben met wie je treft. 2 van de 3 onthaalmedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de andere nors en kortaf.

Very disappointing experience – misleading information about parking

Breakfast: The breakfast was very poor. The salami looked old, dark and unappetizing, there was only one type of bread, and the selection of warm food was extremely limited. We also sat on the terrace, where pigeons were flying around constantly. At one point, a member of the kitchen staff had to chase the pigeons away with a pizza peel. This is not what you expect from a hotel breakfast.

Room: The room clearly needs renovation. The curtains were broken, the bathroom was old and worn, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We set the AC to 16°C, but the room temperature never went below 26°C, making the room uncomfortably warm.

PARKING – major issue: When we made the reservation, Booking.com clearly advertised “Free parking” as one of the hotel's facilities. We specifically relied on this information when choosing the hotel.

Upon arrival, however, there was no parking available for hotel guests. There were only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, and they were occupied by employees' cars. When we asked the receptionist where we could park, instead of offering any solution, we were simply told to find parking ourselves.

As a result, we had no choice but to use a public parking garage and pay for parking for the duration of our stay, despite Booking.com advertising free parking.

The hotel should not advertise “Free parking” if it cannot actually provide parking to its guests or at least clearly warn them that parking is extremely limited and not guaranteed. This was particularly frustrating because parking was an important factor in our decision to book this property.

Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained and seriously overpriced for what it offers. The combination of the poor breakfast, neglected room, malfunctioning air conditioning and, above all, the misleading parking information made this a very disappointing stay.

Would be a great hotel if the rooms are upgraded.
