No estuvo mal pero no volveremos

La cama cómoda

Cons:

Se escucha mucho las habitaciones cercanas,demasiado. Vimos un papel bajo la cama, y ahí siguió hasta que nos fuimos,así que no limpiaban bien. Las bebidas del todo incluido,malísimas.

Prostorne, čiste, skvělé jídlo.

Tout, la proximité de la plage, de la gare, du centre ville etc..., les buffets petit déjeuner et dîner, la propreté, le personnel, tout est super

Cons:

La location des serviettes de piscine avec un dépôt de garantie de 10E par serviettes et surtout le fait de payer 1 euro pour les changer, jamais vu dans d'autres hôtels. Les serviettes doivent être changées gratuitement.
La taille du Matelas était parfaite mais était trop ferme, dommage.

Une honte. J’avais pourtant bien indiqué la présence de ma fille de 7 ans lors de ma réservation. À l'arrivée, l'établissement n'avait pas l'information à cause d'un bug de Booking et j'ai dû payer 75 euros de supplément, ce qui plombe mon budget vacances.

​Le pire ? Impossible de joindre un humain pour régler le problème. On est bloqué avec une "intelligence artificielle" totalement inutile qui tourne en rond. Booking encaisse l'argent mais n'assure aucun service derrière en cas de bug de leur plateforme. Je demande le remboursement immédiat de ces 75€.
