Cons:

The bathroom smelled. And there was no loo seat which is unhygienic when flushing. It was a disabled loo so perhaps something that’s required.

Elendigt værelser. Første værelse fungerede aircondition ikke og det andet værelse vi fik fungerede afløb i brusekabinen ikke, toiletsæde var løst og boksen var i error og der var støv nå bord og vindueskarm

Pros:

Great location in a quiet area, but still very close to everything you need to get to. Super cheery staff on reception. A great breakfast and comfy room

Cons:

Not much to complain about, they used to provide take out cups and boxes.So you could grab a coffee and bacon roll, rather than sit in for breakfast. They weren't there this time, which was ok because I had time to enjoy a full breakfast, but they are a great idea and should be brought back

Pros:

Central location to trams.

Cons:

Room was a bit dirty (carpet & skirting boards were not clean), lots of stains on carpet. Shower too small and door did not close completely and grout needs to be re done.

Pros:

great location, staff were fabulous and so helpful. room dark when we entered needed lights on . bed okay ,chair in room worn. Bathroom was okay but shower small and door very stiff to open or close. WC didn't always flush . Towels lovely, didn't use dressing gowns or slippers

Brilliant guest service
Pros:

I had 3 interactions with staff from the hotel. The first one before arrival - Julie who dealt with my room request brilliantly. Nothing was too much to ask. The second was during breakfast - the dining room staff were polite, happy and helpful. Finally I had left something in the room after departure. The reception team organised to have it sent via Evri for me. Again this was dealt with in a really helpful manner. Thank you to all.

Good location- good choice at breakfast- nice rooms
Pros:

Great location- modern and clean
Aircon very good!!

Cons:

Only (small) issue was the bar didn’t serve coffee after 10.30pm, a few people asked but were told the machine had just been cleaned and to use the kettle in our room.
Not a major issue - but 4* should be able to do this
