location is quiet with a great view in the breakfast area/ restaurant. Breakfast and service are both very nice.
The room is very shabby or awkwardly designed-- It is one space with everything in it. The vanity with sink and mirror and lighting is right next to the bed which very inconvenient for couple uses. I dare not woke up to wash in the morning because my husband would still sleeping 3 feet away from the sink. The bathroom is enclosed in a glass space which is not in a wall. We have never stayed in a place like this before. This is a place probably ok for just one person, but not for a couple traveling for vacation. It is over priced based on what it offered.

Abendessen auf der Terrasse und das Frühstück waren gut, das Frühstück sogar sehr gut. Der Service im Haus ist sehr professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
das Superior Doppelzimmer war eher klein, das Bett war super schmal (1.40?) und die Matratzen unbequem. Die Heizung machte die ganze Nacht Blubber-Geräusche, das "offenes Bad" Konzept ist nicht gut umgesetzt, man hat das Gefühl im WC wie auf dem Präsentierteller zu sitzen.

We had 'comfort' rooms with a lake view. The rooms were comfortable and the view was stunning. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, enjoying it. The facilities were extensive and enjoyable, particularly the spa. Breakfast was generous and we appreciated the free apples.
We didn't try the restaurant due to the prices, which were very steep, even for Switzerland. The hot drinks at breakfast weren't of the same quality as the rest of the food.

駅からは下りなので歩いても良いけど、ハーバーについた客にはむかえにこて貰えるとありがたい。バスを利用する様教えられたが、バス停の名前が上りと下りて違うみたいで、不安だった。
