Pros:

Abendessen auf der Terrasse und das Frühstück waren gut, das Frühstück sogar sehr gut. Der Service im Haus ist sehr professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

das Superior Doppelzimmer war eher klein, das Bett war super schmal (1.40?) und die Matratzen unbequem. Die Heizung machte die ganze Nacht Blubber-Geräusche, das "offenes Bad" Konzept ist nicht gut umgesetzt, man hat das Gefühl im WC wie auf dem Präsentierteller zu sitzen.

An enjoyable traditional spa hotel in a beautiful setting
Pros:

We had 'comfort' rooms with a lake view. The rooms were comfortable and the view was stunning. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, enjoying it. The facilities were extensive and enjoyable, particularly the spa. Breakfast was generous and we appreciated the free apples.

Cons:

We didn't try the restaurant due to the prices, which were very steep, even for Switzerland. The hot drinks at breakfast weren't of the same quality as the rest of the food.

Cons:

駅からは下りなので歩いても良いけど、ハーバーについた客にはむかえにこて貰えるとありがたい。バスを利用する様教えられたが、バス停の名前が上りと下りて違うみたいで、不安だった。

Amazing hotel with the best team ever
Pros:

Fantastic location, views, quality of accommodation etc etc HOWEVER the real benefit of staying here is the quality of the staff in EVERY department. You will struggle to find a more professional and helpful customer service team anywhere! They are all BRILLIANT!

Perfect long weekend
Pros:

The A/C in the rooms made the stay perfect in the hot European summer. Delicious breakfast both European and US choices and eggs to order. The parking garage was never full and incredibly easy to park. Enjoyed the spa area with inside and outside areas. Service was second to none. Five star stay!

Cons:

Not necessarily negative but other guests should be aware of the following. We had a room where the bathroom was open to the rest of the room. Couples who are very comfortable with each other and keep the same sleeping schedule, this shouldn't be a problem.

Enjoyed very much
Pros:

Excellent facilities. Glamourous lake view from the balcony. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was so nice and diversed that you would regret if not having some. And a gold restaurant with charming views. Staff were super friendly. They provided me with an extra quilt on hearing that my roomate took the only quilt in the room😂. Anyway, enjoyed very much and thanks a lot for the service!
