The room was refreshed daily.
Very outdated & carpet in the hotel room was filthy. It hadn't been hovered in a little while

Friendly staff, looked extremely good for price. Rooms were large, and restaurant menu had several veggie choices.
No major faults. Menus on restaurant tables would be nice, however we arrived alter on so may have been cleared.
Small things in room such as missing window latches (two on each window so not a safety issue) spots of stained grout and loose besldside shelves let down rooms which would have been amazing for price. Generally lovely but just needs a little tlc.

all good, check in staff friendly and helpful. arrived after food had closed and told us that eat-in delivery was good to use.
shower was walk in but only had a shower panel and no door. very difficult to stop floor getting very wet from shower. just had a soaking wet floor mat.
Room is spacious
I booked 2 nights and extended another night. The following morning, the staff asked me to move to another room. I have not even had my breakfast yet and the staff was rushing me to move with no option to decline. Instead of having a restful morning , i ended up repacking all my 4 bags. At exactly 12noon there were there outside my room to make sure i vacate it. Its was a stressful last day stay:( :(:(

The staff were lovely! The room was clean and the bed was one of the comfiest ive stayed it! It was lovely and quiet.
Evening meal was delicious and the breakfast choice was really good!
For the price it was well worth it.
Even with the few negatives I would defi nately stay here again. Its about 5 mins from knowsley safari and 10 mins from alder hey which was perfect for us.
The bathroom in the room really let it down. The shower connection was leaking badly, the taps on the sink were wobbly, there was a crack in the sink and mold round the shower.
There was no childrens menu so had to pay £14 for a burger and chips that my daughter couldnt eat half of. Also saw on their website (after we had, had dinner) that tuesday (the night we stayed) was burger, chips and a drink (which we both had)was £12 but I wasnt charged that I was charged full price with no offer.
