The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable not only in the hotel, but in the city as a whole and were always there to answer ay questions or help. Extra thankyou to Ester and Juan who were the friendliest and kindest staff I have had at a hotel, from helping me plan a safe jogging route to restaurant recommendations and just being a friendly face to walk past every morning!
Breakfast buffet was fine, but smaller/less options than most similarly priced hotels I had stayed at in Peru.
This was a very nice hotel, the rooms were very spacious and the location was very good. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful with all requests. The hotel was clean but the room could use some updating. Sink was for example getting clogged and difficult to get the right temperature on the shower.
Food at breakfast and restaurant was ok not much more than that but there are many nice restaurants in the area.
Everything was perfect
Nothing
This hotel is a gem. It is built of sillar stone and the building was originally the city mint. It is therefore, oozing with old world atmosphere. Its location is perfect, close to the Santa Catalina Monastery and the Plaza de Armas. However, what makes this hotel special is the staff. When we checked in, I explained to the manager that we were very tired and would appreciate a quiet room. Without hesitation, she brought us to a lovely room in a quiet part of the hotel from which the only sound was silence. On our first evening there we ate in the restaurant which has a lovely menu. Our waiter was absolutely fabulous. She was attentive and funny and so helpful. Her infectious good humor had us chuckling away all through dinner. The hotel itself is incredibly well maintained and it is obvious to see all the staff are so proud of their heritage. It was without doubt our best hotel experience while in Peru and in my opinion the best value for money stay of our trip.
We stayed 2 nights here in a Superior room (including breakfast). The hotel is beautifully decorated and we were warmly greeted at reception on check-in. Our room was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner here both nights - food very good. Breakfast buffet excellent. Hospitality staff provided great service. Great location, easy walk to Convent, main square, museums etc. plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Very friendly service oriented staff
Beautiful colonial location
A bit noisy (music in the patio, traffic when room is next to the road)
Overall vary good
Brakfast is poor, not up to the rest
Lovely staff, great breakfast and beautiful building in a great location.
Además de que el hotel es hermoso y con muy buena ubicación, destaca principalmente la atención de todo su personal. Excelente desayuno.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Andina in Arequipa. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location to explore the city.
A special thank you to Juan, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He took the time to help us get oriented in the city and gave us excellent recommendations for tours and places to visit. His friendliness and local knowledge made our trip much easier and even more enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the outstanding service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
