Pros:

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Komfortable Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Hilfreiches Personal.

Cons:

Etwas kalt, es wurde ein Radiator aufgestellt, da es keine Heizung gab.

Great stay at Terra Viva
Pros:

The room was better than I expected, very comfortable and spacious. Warm with loads of natural light. The staff were always helpful, nice and accommodating. The hotel is steps away from Puno’s main square.

Cons:

Nothing really, just my personal preference would be a shower with a glass rather than a curtain

房間簡單乾淨。
地點離武器廣場很近。
早餐比較簡單但基本麵包水果起司果醬蛋咖啡茶都有。房間沒有熱水壺，但一樓lobby24小時都有熱水/茶包

Great hotel in the center of Puno
Pros:

We booked last minute for 2 nights due to blockades in Bolivia and we were positively surprised by the service and amenities of this hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable with warm showers all day. Breakfast was also available with great choices. We would recommend without hesitation. You can also walk to the main plaza and park (2min) and the nice restaurants are also nearby.
