Awful food.
Pros:

Beautiful lake, restful rooms, tasteful decor, clean gym spa and pool. Good front of house service. EXCEPT what let the side down notably badly, was the overpriced and for a 4 star hotel chain, shockingly substandard dinner and breakfast.
From the odd texture, the pre-cooked, then frozen then defrosted steak was as disgusting as it sounds and inedible.
At breakfast, only one of the two coffee machines worked, and then only intermittently leading to 30 minute queues I'm not exaggerating. The other had been out of service for seven weeks. Not good enough.

Great location would definitely stay again .
Pros:

Relaxing , the grounds and the breakfast.

Cons:

No staff in the Spa when you arrived to give you towels or direct you . Everyone was just going behind the counter and helping themselves.

Clean amd wi fi was good

Cons:

Food wasn't that good. Staff are foreign so often couldn't understand what was being said.

Room was very noisy due to location and use of room service trolleys.

A summer's idyll.
Pros:

We were greeted warmly by Prabhakaz. He made us feel welcome and even gave us an upgrade. We enjoyed our stay in a delightful quiet suite at the end of one of the blocks. We walked into Marlow which can be done via a path from the corner of the hotel carpark to the Thames, and then along the river path. There is much to do in the area so we hope to return to the hotel. Breakfast was also excellent.

Lovely stay shame kids can’t use the pool
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean

Cons:

Didn’t say prior to booking that under 3s weren’t allowed to use the pool - says ‘spa’ in small print - not pool - we booked this hotel for the pool

It could be so much better
Pros:

We came here for my birthday and, to be honest, the hotel is just OK.
The room was spacious enough but, if u want to take a bath, bring your shampoo as the one on the room are locked so you can't take the ones from the shower in the bath.
We had a problem with the TV as the WiFi wasn't working but it was sorted eventually.
Dinner was good and very tasty - I recommend the sword fish-and breakfast has a good selection.

Dinesh’s excellent customer service!!
Pros:

5th year in a row we’ve been going for a spa weekend for our anniversary.
First time out of those 5 years, Dinesh kindly checked us in early & sent a good will gesture to our room for our anniversary.
Thank you so much Dinesh, truly a lovely gesture which we did not expect!!
Spa treatment was lovely.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff facilities great. Use of pool superb. Rooms hotel and grounds very clean. Breakfast superb and nothing being missed.
Overall a great place to stay. Also free and lots of parking.
