Very nice clean rooms,beautiful location
Fabulous hotel, good quality food/room decor. Excellent staff.
Little bit further to Marlow town centre but would definitely book again, best hotel in the area.
Empty body wash in the room not replaced in the 2 days of our stay
Lumpy pillows
Although I was there on business, it felt like a proper holiday location. Loved it!

Mooi hotel wat tijdens ons verblijf van eigenaar verwisselde. Grote verandering waar het personeel alles aan deed om het de gasten niet te laten merken. Erg goed gedaan.
This may have been the worst hotel visit I’ve ever experienced. I found a thick hair in my scrambled egg at breakfast and they offered to ‘correct’ it by offering my a bacon roll - obviously I wasn’t hungry after seeing that. We went through multiple key cards for our hotel room that didn’t work. I tried to explain it may be the door mechanism, rather than the key card. No one listened and their solution was to leave reception to escort us to our room every time, delaying guests checking in / out and telling us how much of an inconvenience it was. They forgot to give us towels and bathrobes. I asked to speak to the manager on check out and was told he was unavailable but would call me the next day between 12:30 - 14:00. He did not and when I called, I was told he was too busy. I escalated to guest relations (which took 6 hours of multiple calls when the phone line kept cutting off after 10 minutes of being on hold) where I had to relay the story to multiple people again to then be told the manager had offered to help on check out (see above, he did not). DO NOT STAY HERE

Service and choice of dinner possibility in restaurant
The remote location made our stay very quiet and peaceful. Large rooms with large beds and a great buffet breakfast.
It was a very long walk into town.
The staff were exceedingly helpful & accomidating, we felt at complete ease with our 7yo at this hotel. The breakfast was great & relaxed, and our family room was clean, comfortable & spacious.
The hotel was walking distance of Marlow.
Walk into Marlow partially through a commercial area so very quiet at night but still well lit and you could opt for a cab if you prefer.
Cleanliness is very important to me. The staff are all professional and polite. Food is of good quality and reasonably priced.
Only one coffee machine working at breakfast as other one was broken, caused a long queue.
Gym sauna steam room great. Room big and comfortable. Breakfast a bit dry but good variety
It was the cleanest, friendliest hotel i've stayed in. The breakfast was excellent.
There was nothing
Convenient location
Poor eating options. Only Indian food. Not what I would expect from a rated hotel!
