Staff where lovely and very helpful to help an non local. It was also close enough to stadium.
The bed and overall feel of the room felt like it was tired and felt like it could do with updating. I felt like what the hotel cost didn't reflect the standard I had in my head. I love supporting smaller hotels, however, in the middle of summer and wanting decent nights sleep, I will be going for a corporate hotel next time around sadly
What a lovely hotel - staff were fabulous and very helpful. Room was clean and a decent size. Hotel was within easy reach of town centre (a short bus ride) and Anfield Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.
Staff friendly. Room was clean
Checking in very slow as not enough staff on with one person checking in and on the bar. 50 deposit taken from card which takes 3-5 days to come back. Basic breakfast.
I liked that it had parking right outside it. But people just parked anywhere when it started to get full.
We got an apartment on third floor. It was the hottest two days on record. This made the room very uncomfortable hot. Staff did give fan but did no good. Could have done with air-condition. The room it’s self was out dates (furniture) it could also do with redecorating as wall paper hanging off. And there was stains on the sofa. The stairs looked like they had never been hoovered. The place just need repairs and redecorate. The complimentary breakfast was poor. The bread had mold in it. And there was poor choice and didn’t taste great.
It did the job for what we needed but didn’t make us feel relaxed and comfortable. Payed way more than what I would like if I new what it was going to be
Carpark,friendly staff, efficent check in
Shower wasnt very powerful
Personeel was vriendelijk
Zeer verouderde kamers, niet schoon, duur, personeel niet in staat om effectief en snel te werken, ontbijt wel erg simpel.
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We were upgraded to an apartment, which was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was continental, but fresh and well attended. Good location and in walking distance to Anfield stadium.
I would have preferred a hot breakfast, but was aware this wasn't available prior to booking. Very limited parking (again this is clearly documented) I would suggest removing the seating area outside the front to make more space and maybe introduce diagonal parking bays?
We paid £260 for 1 night for a supposedly Superior Room. No 84. The room is so dated and looked and felt dirty. The bedding and towels were clean. The bathroom was really small although clean. Hardly any room to move whilst sat on the toilet. Flooring needs replacing. The window to the room did not shut properly and the handle to close was hanging off. I didn't bother with breakfast because it was a very very basic continental. If you wanted a cup of tea you had to wait for the 1 kettle to be boiled. Porridge was in a slow cooker. The reason I gave 1 star was due to the welcome we received, she was lovely. We passed our comments on to the night porter who said he would pass the comments on but he didn't bother to write anything down, we feel it won't get passed on. The whole place needs a total upgrade from what we have experienced
Location to Anfield 30 mins away walking
Pretty dead
Bed not comfortable, no towel changes but was clean
Staff were friendly
Don’t bother with breakfast, we went first day.
Miserable amount of food, stale croissants, diluted orange, tiny glasses etc
For the amount we paid for two night it was a rip off but just my experience
The staff were lovely and welcoming
The room was very dated and the walls looked dirty with the wallpaper coming away. The flooring needs replacing and the bathroom was tiny. Very expensive stay £260 for 1 night in a superior room. Parking was rubbish on site. The breakfast was very sparse, we left without having any. The whole place needs decorating, brought up to everyday standard.
The cleanliness of the room, the space of the room.
The fan in the room was a nice touch.
The shower was a little small and the shower head and pressure of water was poor.
The breakfast was ok, but had didn't have the greatest of selection.
Friendly staff. Clean room.
Parking was already full when we tried to check in at 4pm. Had to queue for 30 minutes to check in.
Nothing
Everything!
The breakfast was poor. The bread for toast was mouldy.
The staff were very kind and friendly.
Hotel is very aged and not very clean.
Nothing
No organisation with the parking, cars were parked any old how. I parked my car in front of the main reception doors so the car was out of the way of anybody trying to get out, I nip in to ask if there was anywhere else to park, and the receptionist bit my head off 3 times, telling me I couldn’t park there.
I had to park on the street.
It took an hour to get checked in.
The rooms were old and dated not worth the £240 they charged me for one night.
no option of having a warm breakfast.
Was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was good, small but good for a night!
I liked everything
