9
Mixed feedback: several reviews explicitly praise helpful staff and staff behavior, though a few mention rude or unprofessional management; overall scored higher due to repeated positive mentions of helpful staff.
Location
8
Location is mentioned as a con in one review but is not a recurring complaint; treated as generally acceptable with a single negative note.
Room Quality
4
Rooms described as very small/narrow, third-class, smelly from seepage, TV not working and inadequate for booked occupancy — poor room quality.

Several missing or inadequate amenities reported: no bathroom exhaust/ventilator, missing essentials (toilet paper, towels), mosquitoes and baby cockroaches present.
Value for Money
4
Multiple guests call the stay a waste of money or third-class for the price paid; one review says it is 'good for tariff' but overall value is viewed negatively.

Breakfast was reported as included in the booking but not provided to at least one guest; otherwise limited mentions of F&B.

Overall experience is negative for many guests due to pests, cleanliness issues, small rooms and management problems; occasional helpful staff notes temper but do not outweigh negatives.

Very Bad.
Pros:

Nothing, place was to narrow to go to room and the room was to small for 3 peoples we barely walk in the room.

Cons:

The staff was just rude after they got the payment,
They haven't placed the toilet paper and essential while check-in we have called them for everything ever for bottle and towel, specially we have booked the room 1 month before and what they have given a small room in the name of deluxe we barely have place to walk and the room was to smelly due to seepage and cockroache.
