The location was good.
It was very hot with small window and a tiny fan that didn’t do much. The water pressure was very low and it was difficult for two people to take a shower consecutively. It was very overpriced.
Good location
There were no light curtains for privacy. The room was on the ground floor next to the building entrance door. So it was a choice between closing the light-blocking curtains (hello, darkness, my old friend!) or leaving them open and living on display (including bathing!).
Uncomfortable bed, and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.
The "toiletries" provided were two dispencers of hand soap. That was it. Not even some shower gel.
Nice room and position , not far from city center , clean , easy to check in and out and facilities , the room and decent size confortable beds and nice view from window, nice clean towels ,hair dryer , kattle , blanket tea and coffee

Bath leaked everywhere, reported and a staff member turned up at 1am to say that all maintenance were not available until the morning which wasn't very helpful as I had to check out at 11am. Peeling wallpaper and ceiling cracks and the bathroom mirror light was not working.

Pas de réception sur place , tout est automatisé. Boite a clef, code d entrée par texto. C est bien fait, pas de problème mais pas d humain a part la femme de ménage le matin.Sinon ils sont réactifs et aidant pour le moindre problème.
Comfortable bed. Good location to city centre/beach. Parking permit was easily obtained, but it is difficult to find parking in the busy season. Staff very responsive.
The room had a lot of hair on the carpet and furniture and was generally very dusty. There was no air conditioning, and the small fan provided did little to help in the heat. The shower was particularly frustrating, constantly switching between boiling hot and cold water. There was also residue from previous guests’ shampoo left in the shower. The TV remotes didn’t work.

Can't complain about anything
The location was good and it was easy to access our room.
The bath was leaking, leading to a massive puddle of water in the middle of the room. We tried the chat function and called the emergency number multiple times and couldn't get through to anyone. When we eventually did (after about an hour and multiple calls), we were told there was no other room to move us to, and that we should just mop the water up with the towels in the room. They later contacted us to say the maintenance staff said there was a drain under the bath (there wasn't) and so the water would just drain away (it didn't). We eventually checked out and went to a different nearby hotel.
The room itself was also quite dirty and very bare bones, with no soap in the bathroom.

The heat.
Fan on permenantly in room but just blowing the hot 30 degree hear round the room. Was cooler outside.
Room was OK, Bed was comfy, bathroom very small, shower not great but worked, sink outside bathroom in room, tap was loose not great but worked, view not all that, very hot room, but they supplied a fan which was noisy. Door codes were easy enough to use and it's in a great spot close to beach and shops, parking was impossible, But Brighton is impossible in general so no surprise there. I went to the NCP by the theatre which was £30 overnight, and a 10 min walk, but not a massive bother, but if I had big luggage would be a problem. Overnight stay was cool but I wouldn't stay much longer than that. Great Breakfast spots round the corner though. tea and coffee always good.
Sink in room, small bathroom. USB sockets didn't work but I had adaptors. No A/C.
