Excellent stay
Pros:

I had an excellent stay and couldn't fault it at all. Breakfast was good and fresh. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Another great stay at this lovely hotel.
Pros:

My third stay this year. Fantastic town and location. What makes The Dragon Hotel is the people who work there - friendly, smiling and very helpful. It’s a very easy place to stay on your own and I will be back!

Food nice, staff friendly, drinks reasonably priced.

Cons:

Room was cramped in the attic, beds creaked and were uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled of sewage so windows had to be left open all the time. No one at reception to tell. We only stayed one night

Beautiful location, hotel has definitely seen better days
Pros:

The town itself is lovely and parking was fine. To be fair to the management - they did offer a small partial refund for the issues we had to raise.

Cons:

The room was very poor - very small, shabby, broken bits, dirty toilet, velux window was filthy and hard to open etc. breakfast was chaotic and the quality was poor. The other issue was smoke smells - as they don’t have a non smoking area directly beneath our room and also noise as there were people making noise directly outside until 2am.
