Comfortable and relaxing

Great hotel, great happy hour, lovely staff, unbelievable water feature.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. But for us, the new cascading water feature on the rear patio made the stay all that much better. It was lovely to see the local wildlife use it as an area to bathe. What a lovely feature.

Fantastic - great staff, great food and great value
Pros:

Loved my stay and wish it could have been longer. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was delicious. The location is lovely and I can’t wait to come back.

A fabulous Old Inn with character. Lovely atmosphere. Tasty breakfast.
Pros:

Old world charm. We were in the attic room and loved the character. Plenty of windows so airy and cool despite the hot weather. Good selection on tea tray. Good toiletries. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing _ wish we had booked an extra night.

Pros:

Montgomery is a town in a time warp! Delightful, charming, interesting architecture set in rolling countryside. The Dragon Hotel fits in perfectly.

Cons:

If the swimming pool was fixed, it would have been very welcome.

Must stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and has a great history, but the reason it was such a good stay was down to the staff. Everyone was very friendly and ready to assist with any requests made. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
