Pros:

very cool place and nice people great beer selection , security on the door made us feel safe

Cons:

pillows are abit average and no soap dispenser in the toilet in the room, some wall paper coming away in the rooms

Great stay, lovely room, like the hotel/venue, staff were brilliant, but breakfast wasn’t the best
Pros:

Rooms were great, venue generally great, service and staff great

Cons:

The breakfast. Everything else was great, but we thought the breakfast was quite poor, certainly not up to the standards set at a decent coffee shop. We had the full English and didn’t enjoy it at all.

Amazing stay would come again
Pros:

The rooms are very unique and the coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. Enjoyed the add on package

Cons:

Two of our lamps we couldn't switch on but wasnt too much fuss. There was what looked to be a skylight in the room but the blind shut over it and we wouldn't of minded a way to open it up. We did pay for the package on arrival but were told on check out that we owed £20 but this was sorted

Great one night stay, perhaps I would have enjoyed more in a larger, brightly lit room
Pros:

Lovely, cozy bedroom with coffee machine, pods and tea which was lovely. Breakfast great, quite a long wait but freshly prepared.

Cons:

We left the luggage with the receptionist as we arrived earlier than expected. No security regarding our cases which were left at the side of the reception desk when we returned a few hours later, perhaps using a token system or storing the cases would be safer. At breakfast , the orange juice was empty on our arrival, a fellow guest asked three times if this could be refilled but no one did. There were other juices but best to remove an empty jug instead of guests expecting refills. Our bedroom was very cozy in the loft. Brighter lighting in the bathroom would be great as it was difficult to put makeup on as it was very dark.

Fabulous
Pros:

Lovely place with a great theme. Fabulous room, well stocked and comfortable, we immediately felt at home.

Really enjoyed our stay , loved our bedroom . Breakfast was really good
Pros:

I loved our round bed

Cons:

We had a drink in the bar . I asked for rasberry gin and tonic and got it with lemonade . Went back to change it and the lady on the bar literally just got another glass and filled in up with tonic from the machine . No gin was added . By this point I gave up . Also served in a tumbler not a gin glass

Everything but as it was a monday cant comment on food

As a current member of oddfellows it would be nice to see the history of the building and its connection to oddfellows society printed in a picture frame for people to see.

Great centrally located, comfortable & quirky hotel. Lots of atmosphere
Pros:

Great central location, easy parking close by & the hotel itself was so quirky & unusual, very comfortable & great facilitators

Cons:

There was an drain issue whilst we were there due to heavy rain, nothing that the hotel could do but they came & put some smelly stuff down the shower to try to help improve

A good value hotel that offers a warm welcome and fascinating interiors in a great location
Pros:

We enjoyed the quirky decor from the novelty of a circular bed! Staff were very friendly and the food was very good quality. Location was brilliant as well – just a very short walk to the Rows.

Cons:

The couple of lightbulbs that weren’t working in the bedroom – especially in the shower unit. In the bar it felt very cold in the evening with the door open to the garden and at the heating was on as well.
